Coiled dragon
A coiled eastern dragon with scales, whiskers, and cloud scrolls.
Metalworks
EtchTin makes pocket tins and laser-engraves the lid to order. You place the artwork. We cut it. Aluminum, stainless, black, or brass — hardware, not print.
Optional email. Buying is open in the studio.
Designs
Eight plates, cut into the lid. Pick a metal in the studio and add it at the same prices, from $48. Or change the scale and set a line of type.

Process
Upload a PNG, JPG, or SVG, or set a short line of type. Drag it until it sits. The tin on screen is the tin we cut.
Aluminum stays light. Stainless mirrors the room. Black PVD opens to a bright etch. Brass goes dark where the laser lands.
The order keeps your design. The laser cuts the lid — no sticker, no pad print. Then it ships.
Metals
Engraving is included. The price is the tin, cut to order, typical turnaround five business days.
Brushed aluminum
Turned aluminum with a directional grain. The laser leaves a matte, charcoal mark.
$48
Engrave thisPolished stainless
Polished stainless that reflects the room. Engraving breaks the mirror into a soft gray.
$64
Engrave thisMatte black PVD
A dark PVD coat. The laser cuts back to bright metal, so type and art read light.
$74
Engrave thisSatin brass
Satin brass with a low shine. The etch burns in as a brown-black line.
$70

A round metal case, 68 mm across and 22 mm tall, with a lid that snaps shut. EtchTin sells the tin. We don't sell anything to put in it.
Buy a ready-made plate or bring your own. Line art is a clean cut. Photos keep their tone with a dither. The studio shows the mark on the lid before you pay. The laser bites the surface. It does not sit on top like ink.
Alloy is the everyday aluminum tin. Stainless is brighter and colder. Nocturne is matte black, and the mark reads light. Brass is warm, and the cut goes dark. The studio switches finishes live.
Cut to order. Typical turnaround is five business days, then it ships. When Stripe is connected, checkout collects a shipping address. In demo mode the order is stored and nothing is charged.
Engraved tins are cut for a specific order, so we don't take them back unless we cut the wrong mark or the metal arrives damaged.
EtchTin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any nicotine brand. The object is a pocket tin. That is the whole product.
